Interesting Tire Repair Technique Video

While Jeff is working on my BMW he gave me his 750iL to drive. A 12 cylinder BMW to drive for a week... Cool, right? Wrong. About 30 seconds out of Jeff's driveway the front right tire goes flat - a split in the sidewall. (They are relatively new tires, too. Weird.) Then Massachusetts gets a snow and ice storm. Not exactly the conditions you want to drive a friend's car in. So, the 750iL sits in my driveway and I'm still tooling around in my winter-beater Jeep. God hates me.

Jeff sent me this video a few days ago. I'm pretty certain he wasn't suggesting that I use this method of repair if another tire goes flat on the 750, but it looks effective. And dangerous.

Just thought I'd share.
