1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62

The FJ62 version of the Land Cruiser has always been my favorite. The body still had a purposeful boxy look to it, but the interior and, to a lesser degree, the suspension were up to modern standards.

The 4.2 liter I6 found in the Toyota is a bulletproof, strong, engine. This may be one of the best 6 cylinder engines ever put into an SUV. In my opinion only Jeep's 4.0 I6 was better.

Land Cruisers rust, and this one, being from New England, has had some rust repair done to it. It sounds as if the seller had it done right, though. This Land Cruiser appears to have been well maintained.

The seller is asking top dollar for this vehicle but, given the work he's done to it, it's probably worth it.
