See you there!!

1988 Alfa Romeo Verde - I'll be in Virginia this weekend. It's what, maybe a 12 hour drive from Richmond to Panama City, FL? It would be so tempting to leave the rental car in Florida and cruise home in this.

Anyone who has been reading this blog for awhile knows about my love for the Milano and how much I miss the one I owned. (You can read a Milano post - one of many - here.)

The seller pretty much sums up the appeal of this car with this sentence..."Fun to drive w/ best sounding engine outside of Ferrari." I would often take long drives in mine with the radio off just to listen to the engine. (I only had the 2.5 liter 6 in mine. The 3.0 sounds even more amazing.)

"More storage space, more money"... That's become my mantra lately. If I had both, I'd be Florida bound.
