1987 Honda Accord Aerodeck - A Truly Crave-Worthy Honda Accord

I don't ever often get excited by Honda Accords. This one is exciting.

The Aerodeck was never sent to North America.

It would be easy to call this a cross between an Accord Coupe and a Civic Hatchback. But the Aerodeck has some really neat touches that make it stand out...

Unlike the Civic Hatchback, the Aerodeck has a rear quarter window. It breaks up the flat plane of glass and gives the Aerodeck a less utilitarian look than the Civic Hatchback.

What really stands out is the rear hatch itself. The opening goes partially into the roof and it opens similar to a gullwing door. The hatch / roof panel is glass.

The Aerodeck was only sold in Japan and Europe. The seller calls this one a "Euro RHD", so I assume this was originally sold in the UK.

This car has just 29,750 miles on it. It appears to be in very, very nice condition.

It's RHD, which would take some getting used to, but if you're looking for a very cool, very unique, JDM car, this would be a perfect choice.

Located in Elko, MN, click here to see the Craigslist ad.

My email inbox was loaded with links to this car... Thanks to Colin, Jane, Dan, David, Tamerlane and Alan (who runs a very cool automotive blog called Auto Neurotic Fixation).
