MORE Weekend Quickies

2003 Aston Martin Vanquish - I've been staring at this car for the last half hour. The "Buy It Now" price is $105,000.00. I wonder how much I'd get for my soul if I listed it on eBay?

Black over red makes any car look great. Black over red on an Aston Martin is truly spectacular. This is just an incredible looking car.

There's nothing I can say about this car. Just go to the eBay listing and check it out. Click here to find it.

Custom Hand-built Convertible - This is pretty cool. This is a hand built car.

"Chassis and drive train are from a 1978 Chev Impala with automatic transmission and 305 V-8 engine. Everything in front of the windshield: fenders, hood and grille are of fabricated fiberglass and metal. The four bumpers are from a Chev Vega with a piece cut out of the center and then welded together, polished and chromed. Rear fenders, trunk area and spare tire carrier also are made of fiberglass and metal.
The passenger compartment - doors, short side panels and top - are from '71 VW convertible

Whether or not you like the looks of this car is irrelevant. You have to respect the work that went into it.

1999 VW Beetle - I'm not a huge fan of the old (or new) VW Beetle, but this one is pretty interesting. VW built the air-cooled VW in Mexico until 2004. This one is a 1999. What makes this car interesting is the optional power cloth roof.

A lot of work has been done to this car, which is odd as it's only 10 years old, including an engine rebuild.

If you're an air-cooled VW fan, this would be a pretty cool car to have.

75 Volvo 242 - You could add $500.00 or more to the price of this car if it were being sold here in New England. We love old Volvos up here.

This car has a 4 speed manual transmission and, according to the seller, is rust free. It needs a little bit of work, but nothing serious.
