1980 MGB LE - This is a very, very nice rubber bumper MGB.

Black is a great color on later MGBs, as it (sort of) blends in with the black rubber bumpers.

"LE" stood for Limited Edition, but it seems like it was limited only by the number MG could sell. Between 1979 and 1980, MG built over 6000 of these cars. All US LEs were painted black and came with a front spoiler, alloy wheels with 185/70/14 tires, Limited Edition tape (which is not on this car and is no big loss), a 14" leather and alloy steering wheel, black Coco Mats and a dash badge.

This car recently had a "no expense spared" restoration and looks great.

1973 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow - I've never had any desire to own a Rolls Royce. I respect them, I just don't need to own one. But, if an RR is your thing, this could be a bargain.

The seller says he got it in his divorce settlement. He now needs cash more than he needs the car. He's asking $9,999.00 and says he's "motivated".

Here's your chance to own a Rolls Royce for the price of a used Hyundai. Just remember that the car's first major service could cost you around the price of a used Hyundai (or at least a Kia), too.

1989 Citroen (CXA) CX Prestige - Show the world how brave you are... Take this car on as a restoration project.

This is a pretty rough Citroen, but it runs and drives.

Restoring this car would be a difficult task. Citroen's are complex cars and parts are, for all intents and purposes, non-existent in the US. Still, this is a car that deserves to be restored.

Love that MG ... and it's local. Drats, out of garage space!

Wow...I'd take all three

MG - Even though it is of little value, I would try to find that lower body silver tape stripe that the MGB LE had. It was actually understated for the time and it just looks incomplete to my eyes knowing that it is an LE

Rolls Royce - I too never 'got' the mystique of a Rolls Royce. That said, how cool would it be to pull up...well anywhere with Rolls. And for that price!

CXA - I love em...absolutely love em.

I'm on my third rolls royce, actually a Bentley this time and yes you're correct, everything starts at about $1,000 to fix and that's assuming you can do All the work yourself, So yeah whatever you pay for the car, plan on having at least that much in savings to be able to pay to fix it! Owning a Roller isn't for the faint of heart

Ha- I've got to say a Roller was the last car I expected to see here. I've never like them much either- but last week, an associate said she'd been looking for a low mileage Subaru for months, to which I said, ditch the Forester and go BIG. I sent her a bunch of Rolls Royce Craigslist ads- but sadly, I don't think i derailed her.

Check out Car and Driver. That Citroen is a (now deceased) celebrity.
